IP / Copyright Notice
Last updated: 2026
This notice describes the intellectual property rights QDES holds in its products, brand, and website content, and the restrictions that apply to their use.
1. Proprietary Assets
QDES product names, logos, applications, source code, workflows, prompts, user interfaces, documentation, reports, demos, screenshots, architecture, and business logic — including but not limited to AI FMEA Builder, VeriDoc, 8D & A3 AI Agents, PM-AI, Machine Learning for All, DataForge, and BridgeAI Platform — are proprietary assets of QDES, protected by applicable copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property law.
2. Prohibited Actions
Unless expressly agreed in writing by QDES, you may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, resell, commercially host, modify, or create derivative works from any QDES IP, including content found on this website or in a demo environment.
3. Evaluation-Only Public Content
Product descriptions, screenshots, workflow diagrams, and demonstration materials published on this website are provided for evaluation and informational purposes only and do not constitute an offer, license, or warranty of any kind.
4. No License Granted
Viewing this website or participating in a demo does not grant you any license to QDES IP. Any license must be set out in a separate written agreement signed by QDES.
5. Customer Data Ownership
Data, files, and content you provide to QDES ("Customer Data") remain your property. This notice does not affect your ownership of Customer Data — it concerns QDES's ownership of its own software, brand, and methods.
6. Pre-Existing IP
QDES retains all rights in pre-existing intellectual property — including frameworks, models, templates, and tools developed before or independently of any customer engagement — even where that IP is used to deliver a customer project.
7. Licensing and Contact
